Introduction to VALUES Training

Our mission is to promote ethics in community. One way that we address our mission is to provide quality training programs for corporations and organizations. Our programs are written to improve individual performance in organizations by helping individuals meet their potential. Our training programs offer assessments, models and materials that are designed to focus on ethical communication; valuing people, and helping them be successful.

TWI has a unique approach in that many of our training programs use an ethical communication process called VALUES Training. This process was designed and developed by James Young, Vice President of Education and Development of the Williams Institute for Ethics and Management. These programs have been used successfully by organizations including:

Allstate Insurance
LightSpeed Technologies
Viking Insurance
Northwest Credit Union
Moss Adams
New York Life

The VALUES Communication model was introduced in a book entitled, Communicating With VALUES; A seamless process for improving personal and professional effectiveness, Inkwell Productions, 2006

Communicating with Values Book

Steven R. Covey, author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, says of the book:

“V.A.L.U.E.S. is a perfect and memorable acronym in distilling the essence of communication, the most important skill in life. This book compellingly affirms and inspires the reader to cultivate the true heart and soul of this skill – kind, sincere caring.”

Communicating With Values is available in many bookstores, Amazon.com
and through this web site.
