ethical awareness: The Choice Is Yours

TWI offers a variety of educational and training opportunities designed to promote individual ethical responsibility and organizational cultures conducive to ethical decision making.

Highly-interactive and engaging, this powerful 4-hour seminar promotes personal responsiblity and specifically builds ethical decision making skills.  During the seminar, each participant completes the Ethics Awareness Inventory©.  Through this inventory,  participants discover the process they and others use for making decisions and learn a simple four-step process for consistently making good ethical decisions focusing  on TWI's A3 ™ concept:

Awareness – Each person is made aware of their ethical perspective and how it might differ from others'.

Articulation  – Participants are taught how to best articulate their perspective and why it is important to express not only how they feel, but the bases for their decision.

Application  – Each person is engaged in applying a four-step decision making process for being more consistent and correct in their decision making process.

A one-day program further developing ethical decision making skills is also available.
