TWI offers a variety of educational and training opportunities designed to enhance individual ethical responsibility and organizational cultures conducive to ethical decision making. As a prerequisite for this seminar, each participant completes the Ethics Awareness Inventory©. Through this inventory, they discover the process they and others use for making decisions and a simple four step process for consistently making good ethical decisions.
The seminar entitled, Ethics Awareness: The Choice is Yours focuses on the A3 ™ concept:
Awareness—exploring ethical foundations
Articulation—strengthening communication networks
Application—developing performance integrity
Awareness – Each person is made aware of their ethical perspective and how it might differ from others.
Articulation – Participants are taught how to best articulate their perspective and why it is important to be able to express not only how they feel, but the bases for their decision.
Application – Each person is instructed on how to apply a four step decision making process that helps them be consistent and correct in their decision making process.
This program is offered in a four hour seminar.
