program Evaluation Services

TWI is widely recognized as a respected resource for individuals and organizations seeking professional evaluation services—program and project evaluations for use by internal managers and administrators or reports to satisfy the most rigorous evaluation requirements of external funding sources. We excel in our ability to offer clients a unique blend of qualitative and quantitative knowledge and experience best suited to evaluating a wide range of projects.

TWI consultants hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in business administration and management, including doctoral work in ethics and public policy, and provide a powerful combination of statistical and research skills. Our clients express their deepest satisfaction by returning to TWI again and again to meet their evaluation needs. Clients express their appreciation for a team that has both academic knowledge and real-world experience working with state and federal government agencies, nonprofit administration and research-based project management. Program evaluation clients include:
  • Arizona State University
  • Arizona Women’s Education & Employment, Inc. (AWEE)
  • Women in New Recovery
  • Our Common Welfare (evaluation of a multi-million dollar federal grant)
  • Maricopa County Community College District (federal grant evaluation)

We truly value our partnership with The Williams Institute. It is a pleasure to work collaboratively to promote public research and dedicated community engagement.

Dr. Peg Bortner, Arizona State University

TWI'S lead evaluator, Dr. Linda Williams, provides an extensive background in program evaluation and a unique combination of skills reflecting her undergraduate and graduate degrees in business administration, applied ethics and public policy, coupled with her professional experience and commitment to building organizational cultures of trust. As a founder of TWI, she continues to manage program evaluation services for TWI.

Dr. Linda Williams has been an integral part of our success. As our Project Evaluator on two very competitive federal grants, I say this with deep respect for her wisdom and her willingness to share and encourage. We are passionate about our work and knowledgeable on the subject; however, we had never been responsible for a federal project prior to these two grants. The credit for our continued funding rests in large part on Linda's help in capturing the outcomes from the effort that went into our project. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Linda Williams.
