TWI offers organizations interested in understanding and improving their ethical posture the opportunity for in-depth ethics assessments. An independent, confidential organizational ethics assessment will be conducted for leaders to assist them in building on strengths and addressing challenges in organizational culture. TWI staff will:
- Conduct interviews with the CEO, mid-level management, and other employees
- Review organizational policies and procedures
- Analyze communication networks, formal and informal
A final comprehensive report outlines the results of this independent assessment of the formal and informal ethics-related policies within the organization. In addition, a presentation will be offered to management providing specific strengths and recommendations for improvements to enhance personal commitment and performance integrity.
