Needs assessments

TWI has a successful record in providing insightful, comprehensive Needs Assessment services to various organizations.  We believe that we promote ethics in community through the consulting services that assist organizations in assessing and addressing the issues that can help you better meet your mission and more effectively allocate your resources.

TWI consultants have both the experience and expertise to conduct quality assessments that provide needed results. We collaborate with each client to develop a focused design. Qualitative and quantitative research, statistical analysis, community stakeholder identification and organizational/community building techniques are utilized. In the past TWI has conducted City and community analyses, as well as in-house organizational assessments. The value provided by TWI assessments include: 1) increased effectiveness, 2) documentation and identification of strengths, 3) synthesis of often complex or otherwise intangible organizational variables, 4) enhancement of budgetary spending and 5) realistic and creative solutions.

"The city's Human Services Needs Assessment is most definitely the starting point we needed to more effectively and efficiently serve those less fortunate residents of our city...we are very pleased with the product delivered by your group and please know your agency played a crucial part in delivering needed services to the moderate income members of our community."

Patrick Tyrrell, Community Development Coordinator, City of Chandler

“… the Chandler Housing and Human Services Commission was very pleased with the community needs assessment report. It was very comprehensive and professionally done!!  The Commission voted and approved the incorporation of the high priority target populations outlined within the report... and funding decisions will give the highest priority to projects that will support the target populations!! The Commission also pressed staff to incorporate the other suggestions and recommendations made in the report as quickly as possible.  It’s an exciting time to be involved in social services in Chandler!”
