The FBI-LEEDA and The Williams Institute for Ethics and Management present From Fear to Trust: New Ethical Strategies for Law Enforcement. This three-day program helps equip leaders in law enforcement to develop an ethical culture that is necessary for the 21st century.
This highly interactive seminar brings another dimension to ethics. Participants explore significant issues related to recruitment, retention, motivation related to agency ethical environment and are introduced to a simple but effective decision making process. They will become AWARE of their ethical perspective as used in making ethical decisions, to ARTICULATE their perspective and to APPLY their perspective in making appropriate and sound ethical choices (TWI's A3 Process).
