Inspired by our partnership with FBI-LEEDA, TWI is committed to offering practical, quality training to law enforcement officers at all levels and ranks. 

The successful, highly interactive training programs offered through TWI cover the awareness and skills for making good ethical decisions; the strategic and tactical aspects of effective leadership; the cross-cultural insights and communication skills required for officers as leaders in the multicultural community. 

Departmental histories demonstrate that training focused only on standards and policies, though necessary, is not sufficient to give officers the tools needed to effectively deal with the ethical issues and changing demands of their communitites in the 21st centry.  TWI training provides the awareness, knowledge and behavioral skills that assist individuals, and agencies, in consistently making the right decision and moe effectively working within their communities.  For more information contact TWI at twi.leeda@ethics-twi.org.
