TWI and FBI-LEEDA Offer a New Approach to Ethics and Ethics-related Training Programs to Law Enforcement
A new and innovative approach to law enforcement ethics training is being pioneered by TWI and FBI-LEEDA. These programs are designed to move ethics training from the current, fear-based approach that emphasizes liability, to training that empowers employees with tools for taking personal responsibility for ethical decisions.
As Tom Stone, the Executive Director of FBI-LEEDA says about existing law enforcement ethics training, "It's no longer permissable to have another training program on whether or not to take the free cup of coffee."
