Nevada POST certified, each of these one-day classes provides a unique and effective approach to training. Through our highly interactive, small group learning process, participants are equipped with knowledge, applicable skills and practical tools to empower them to make right ethical decisions, lead and communicate more effectively, professionally and personally. Individuals and agencies from states such as Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Kansas, New Mexico, Pennsyvania, Texas, Utah, and Washington, DC, have benefited from these classes.

Transformative Ethics: Making Ethical Decisions in the "Gray Zone" - September 12, 2017
This popular one-day class provides a unique and effective approach to training in ethical decision making. Participants are equipped with knowledge, applicable skills and practical tools to empower them to make right ethical decisions and to explain more effectively why and how they made their decisions. click here for class details.

Transformative Leadership: Creating a Culture of Integrity - September 13, 2017
This one-day class provides a unique and effective approach to developing leadership abilities and skills in both strategic (“what” leaders do) and tactical (“how” leaders effectively do it) applications. The class can be oriented to focus on the issues and needs at any level of leadership, or even agency-wide because, at a very real level, "eveyone is a leader" in the agency. click here for class details.
