TWI Publications

TWI publications are used internationally in the teaching and training of ethical decision making and make a significant contribution to helping individuals become better ethical decision makers and communicators.

Ethics Awareness Inventory (EAI):  Over 200,000 individuals and hundreds of organizations and schools have found the EAI an effective ethics learning tool.  As a self-scoring assessment, individuals determine the ethical perspective they tend to use when making personal ethical decisions.  A four-step decision making process is also part of the EAI.

Ethical Choices in the Workpace (ECW) This inventory is used by individuals and organizations.  Individuals can assess the fit between their ethical values and that of potential workplaces in four dimensions that are essential for a strong ethical work culture. Through organization-wide administration of the ECW™, leadership can assess the perception of the organization' s ethical climate at all levels and functional areas.  Identifying differences in perceptions and addressing the causes will improve morale and productivity.

Ethical Leadership in Organizational Culture (ELOC):   The ELOC™ is taken by leadership to assess their perceptions of the ethical envirionment of the organizations they lead.  Its use generates a greater awareness and commitment to those ethical values that are essential for an ethical work culture.

Communicating with V.A.L.U.E.S.:  Authored by TWI Vice President, James Young, Communicating with V.A.L.U.E.S. creatively and insightfully provides information and skills, through his effective V.A.L.U.E.S process, that go far in creating an organization that effectively ccommunicates its vision and mission by living out its values.
