TWI has developed workshops for interactive dialogue with teens related to ethics and values in leadership. Participants are given the opportunity to assess a variety of personal and leadership scenarios written by teens, develop a position and share that position with peers. The discussion focuses on:

• Learning more about the foundations of ethical beliefs and how they impact our decisions
• Understanding different approaches by different people to different situations
• Evaluating the principles involved in determining right from wrong

Youth forum sponsors have included the Arizona Rotary Youth Leadership Association, Red Cross-Phelps Dodge Youth Leadership and Safety Conference and Chandler High School.
