In the U.S.District Court, Southern District of Texas, over 450 Pretrial Office and Probation Office officers and staff just completed TWI ethics training focusing on ethical decision making and personal responsibility. Complimenting the District's effective training in code of conduct and policies, this relationship-based training takes employee training to the next level in empowering and building a greater ethical culture.
