TWI's 6th Edition of the Ethics Awareness Inventory is a powerful tool for developing ethical competency. Besides being an instructive personal ethics assessment instrument, the EAI is a practical and comprehensive ethics learning process composed of three sections: Ethical Awareness, Articulation and Application/Action.

 As an impactful tool for developing personal and professional ethical decision making, the EAI, completed by over 650,000 individualshas been used by universities, government agencies, and businesses to provide sound ethical learning to students and employees since 1995.

Ethics Awareness Inventory - The Williams Institute for Ethics & Management

ESAAY CONTEST: The 22nd Annual Ethics Essay Contest is now closed. Over 1,500 high school Juniors and Seniors at participating schools have submitted essays for the opportunity to win cash scholarships. This year's contest prompt focused on the topic, "How Could They Have Tolerated That?," exploring ethical issues today.

The contest is sponsored in partnership by TWI and the ASU Lincoln Center for Applied Ethics. Videos to assist in teacher preparation and student writing are available at Essay Videos.

TRAINING: TWI's training programs for probation and parole, courts, and corrections personnel are popular and impactful.  Our programs have Standards and Training for Corrections certification from the California Board of State and Community Corrections and are APPA accredited.  Check out the Government section above for more information about these unique and valuable opportunities.
