Caring for Community

Putting our care into community.

TWI honors and values community. That’s why we feel a responsibility toward sustaining it. In order to “promote ethics in community,” we believe one must actually live in it, be committed to it and accept some of the responsibility for supporting it.

At TWI, our staff is offered the opportunity to give back. In exchange for volunteering a tenth of their workweek to a favorite charity or community-based organization, staff members are paid for their full workweek while contributing time to the community cause of their choice.
